My dad is currently at Lakeside and has been for 3 1/2 years. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. They have many activities that residents can choose to participate in such as Bingo and Happy Hour. As with any long term care facility there will be challenges from time to time. Any issues we have had have been taken care of promptly and professionally. Shanta, Stephanie, and Keema take very good care of my dad. My dad likes to visit with Hannah at the front desk and ask about her family. He truly considers this his home now.

The entire team takes amazing care of my mom and ensures that she’s always treated as a priority. It’s really helpful that they’re able to take her to doctors appointments when I’m out of town for work as well. Great job Lakeside!

My mom had the great fortune of living at Lakeside Place for about 18 months. She enjoyed socializing with new friends, participating in activities, and listening to musical performances. Her one-bedroom apartment was well-appointed, and the staff was great. I can’t say that everything was perfect, but the management did everything they could to ensure that her health and safety were a priority. The physical therapists are top-notch, and even the hairdresser goes above and beyond to serve the residents. My only complaint is that they don’t offer long-term nursing so my mom can stay there longer.

Our mom is well cared for and truly appreciated by all the staff at Lakeside. When she has a need that arises, I am immediately notified. I never have concerns that my visitation is unwelcome. Mom is always clean as is her "apartment" as we reference it. The social gatherings invite families to stay a part of their loved ones' lives. We feel at peace that mom is safe and granted the best quality of life in her older years with Lakeside helping us meet her needs.

My mother is at Lakeside and I have nothing but praise for how the staff treats her every day. Even though her transition was a bit difficult at first because she was leaving her home, the staff has been compassionate and has shown her nothing but love and understanding. If we need anything the director and her staff are always available to our family. I highly recommend Lakeside for assisted living and appreciate all they do for our mother.
