Excellent service!!! Professional, dependable, and compassionate care was provided to our mom. Paulette has been a blessing to our family. Paulette came recommended to me through a friend. I was desperate to find someone to stay overnight with my mom as she got acclimated to living in an independent living facility. Paulette came on short notice (over the holidays) and was exactly what I needed. Since then, she has provided care 3-4 days a week in the afternoons, ensuring Mom eats and takes her medicines. She also encourages mom to get out for walks to get stronger. She keeps me informed via text of mom’s evening (what and how much she eats, photos from their walks), which puts my mind at ease. Most importantly, though, Paulette’s patience and kindness have made a huge difference in Mom’s recovery and mindset.

I am happy to say that Best Care In town is one of the best company's i have ever dealt with in the health care industry. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. My mother is a patient with this company ,the aide they sent out is perfect. She feels like a family member. I never have to be concern for my mother's well being.
