To be clear I do not have a family member at this community - yet. We have been touring and looking for my mom. Of all we have toured this was the one with the best vibe, smiling and interacting residents, staff who worked as a team and clearly are focused on the quality of life for the residents. I encourage everyone to visit before making their final choice. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.

The love the legacy of Lexington. The place is beautiful and the staff is awesome. My aunt was set to move there and she lived there for 2 days. Her health doesn't allow her to stay there now. But, the staff continued to check on her and still want her to come back. If her allows her too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for assisted living. Thanks to Talonya, Tiffany and Heather for all of your support, kindness and professionalism towards my aunt Bessie.

We met with Christi Steagall in February for a tour and to learn about the apartments options and which are available and the cost Christi was extremely awesome, knowledgeable about all the operations of the community and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately, while we were there very few residents were out and about. We did meet one resident and she welcomed us into her apartment and her and my dad told RVing stories. BUT as companionship is one of my major concerns with my father living by himself I was disappointed that we really didn't see a lot of residents. Everything was clean, warm, and well maintained. I love that there are not to many units and that everything is on one level.

I was helping a dear friend look for assisted living. We had visited eight other communities in the area and then we stopped at Legacy of Lexington. It was unlike any of the other communities we had visited. It was light and bright and clean and welcoming! The staff and residents really seem to enjoy working and living here. We were able to meet several of the residents and staff and Christi answered every question we had. We learned all about the different floor plans, opportunities for activities and outings, and services offered. We were able to visit with the chef and ask questions about the menu and he even gifted us with some freshly baked cookies! My friend was so impressed that he and his wife will be moving to Legacy of Lexington very soon. We look forward to visiting them and getting to know the rest of the residents!

Staff is wonderful! Huge shout out to Tara and Tiff! Cannot say enough good things about the team at Legacy! My mother has been there for almost eight months and it has been a great experience! Tara is always super-helpful and constantly goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. Great attitude and a genuinely caring approach in everything she does. Tiff is marvelous! Super competent and outstanding in keeping the family informed when something is going on with their loved one. Her thorough follow up on issues and professional approach is much appreciated! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone needing assisted living for their family member!
