There are compassionate and caring staff at this facility. The person giving the medications there was at least an LVN unlike other facilities where they are Medication Techs. Being an RN, I don't know that I could trust a Med Tech to give my patient's medications. Everyone was great with our family member's care. Even though our family member had Dementia and Parkinson's they tried to include him in Bingo. They helped him eat if he was having trouble feeding himself. He could no longer walk but they made sure he was in a wheelchair and not just lay in bed all day. If you have an issue, they listen and try to resolve it. I can not say enough positive things about this place. Try them out if you are at another facility and not happy!!!

I want to thank EACH AND EVERYONE that works or volunteers for Lake Village Nursing and Rehab! I’m saddened that some have had bad experiences based on their reviews but fortunately, we are over the moon impressed! My brother and I were F/T caregivers for our mother for 2-1/2 years until we physically were unable to care for her. Our grandmother was there in 2019 and we had a good experience then so we were pretty sure that’s where mom would go. However, when you face that decision it’s scary! Mom went there a couple of times for respite care and both of us really tried to find any issues with LV and there just wasn’t any. Mom has been there since Nov 2025 and our family members go all the time on different days/times because mom has dementia and sadly can’t speak up for herself. We haven’t found any issues thus far. Before her admission she was pretty much non-verbal and barely eating and forget trying to feed her and she didn’t know how to. Well, thanks to her care team and therapists she’s been feeding herself for months now, talking some and always smiling except when the agitation strikes and I’m so sorry to everyone that has to deal with that 😔 Professionals or not, we’re all human and it’s difficult. I sincerely apologize for the novel but I feel it’s necessary. One last thing- I want to thank ALL of the staff/volunteers/residents for taking great care of our Mother! She’s taken care of and her room is always clean, bed made and her “dementia doll” in tow😄 BTW, I’ve made several friends there myself and it always smells clean💙 Ty LV!!!

Everytime I come to visit my dad I feel very welcomed. I get a sense that the staff truly cares about its residents here. My dad has done nothing but flourish since being here. I love that they bring us together for special events. It’s seems every few weeks an event is going on. If gives me and my dad an activity we might not do on our own. It’s wonderful they facilitate gatherings. I have a comfortable feeling when I have to leave him here. I know when I come back each time I know he’s been well taken care of while I can’t be here. Thank you for each one of you and what part you play in my dad’s life. I appreciate you all. Courtney 💝
