I have been to this community on several occasions. I have had their lunch and food has been great each time. The community looks clean and tidy with staff and residence always friendly. The residence that I have interacted with look happy.

My dad was in this place for 3 days. We are from out of state and before we arrived we could not speak or get calls back from the nursing staff on his condition. He was sent here for physical/ occupational and speech therapy. They bill themselves as skilled nursing. PT consisted of getting up to a wheelchair and toilet. When we arrived he was still in a hospital gown. It wasn’t until we told them we would be back that they had him sitting at a table to eat. He received no oral care or bathing. He was so dehydrated he ended up having seizures, we caught the seizure, they insisted he was tired. Finally after his blood pressure was too low to take they had to send him out. Please do not send your loved ones here, my dad would not have come out of here alive if we had not been there. The quality of care and the integrity from the staff is severely lacking.100% would never recommend.

My mom was here for a little over a week, from day one when she pushed her button for assistance it was rare that it took less than 15 minutes for someone to come help her. There was a time when she waited 2 hours needing to use the restroom and she kept getting informed someone would be there to help shortly. No one came and I called the person that answered was extremely rude regarding the situation. This issue was supposed to be resolved and for about a day they assisted in a timely manner but after that it was back to waiting too long for help. 100% don’t recommend allowing loved ones to stay here.

I love visiting the Good Samaritan Society - Hot Springs Village! The campus is gorgeous and the staff is very professional. It's so fun to see residents engaging in fun activities or having a cup of coffee. If you or a loved one are considering a move to a Sr Living community or need post acute care after a surgery, give them a call!
