this is the worst facility I've every came in contact. food awful. care terribly. They can't even give the patients there medication on time, (sometimes they don't get it at all). I wouldn't recommend anyone to this facility for rehabilitation especially if you are in pain! Need to call the state this is redicolust!!!'

The lack of care for the patients is awful I wouldn't recommend this place to take care of my fish go in with one problem and they will turn you in to a vegetable now you have 1000's of problems and the only reason I gave a star was because to post this statement I had to but they don't deserve it

I'm sorry but they were cruel to me when my uncle was dying, a long time resident on a vent who didn't pass right away when he was turned off. Also, they faked logs of checking in overnight shift while I was there 24/7 And they stoped oral care & I found fungus in his mouth which was horrific
