I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who is currently staying at this facility. He is 94 years old and has chosen to stay here instead of returning to his home. He uses a wheelchair and often tells me, "Who is going to take care of me like they do here?" The staff provides excellent care by helping him with meals, bathing, haircuts, nail care, and anything else he needs. They truly go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and well cared for. One of the things my father enjoys most is the activity room, where he spends most of his day. They offer a variety of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, bingo, exercise classes, movies, and even a candlelight dinner once a month. They also celebrate everyone's birthday! Knowing my father is safe and receiving such compassionate care gives me great peace of mind. I am grateful to all of the staff for everything they do. Thank you for your kindness and dedication!

Negative negative negative. Stay away. I hope anybody thinking about going into this place read my review. This is scary that this place exists I got out in less than one day they paid for me to go to another facility. And the guy came to me and said OK if I pay for you to go to another facility, will you take down the Yelp review? For my own sake and my safety sake I said oh I'll think about it... Hell to the no I'm not taking down any review. In fact his bribery is going to work against him. What an idiot asking me to take down my Yelp review so they don't look bad so some other defenseless person comes into this shitty environment. Are you kidding me. I'm yelling at from the top of my lungs that this guy tried to bribe me to take this down. Please read the review on this. Don't put your person in here if you care one iota if you wanna get rid of them and never see their stuff again I guess this is the place to go but watch out.. And $40 missing out of my purse probably while I was in the bathroom that was not right.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. They mishandled my dad so bad! He was admitted to the rehab 6-23-22 for wound care and the next damn day he was dead!!!!!!My dad called my mom the night before complaining about his pain and he sounded so miserable. He also was in a panic saying they gave him some medication he wasn't familiar with. My dad was bedridden but his mind was intact. The words that made us tell him to hang up so we could call the nurses station were "I'm gonna die in here" and he did just that!

Long story short we've received none of my dad's property because they said he didn't have anything with him mind you Cedars-Sinai is saying they sent him there with everything. We don't have his beanie, gown, dentures, Bible, his bag or his damn phone. The rehab was saying he didn't have his phone but I know damn well that's a lie because during his stay, that's how he contacted everybody because we're all programmed into his phone. He never once used the facility phone and we all have our call logs saved to show he called from his phone so what happened to it Joan!

Joan was the social worker over my dad's case and she turned out to be a LIAR! I told my mom to just try her best to make peace with someone throwing my dad's belongings away, who, we'll never know because Cedars-Sinai, the transport people and guardian started pointing fingers about who did what..Noone wants to accept responsibility for anything. Recently they gave my mom a check for my dad's phone but the other shit just disappeared.

In closing hell no don't let your loved ones become a casualty of this facility. My mom is doing her best to heal but thinking about my dad's last words..she traumatized. For anyone that's in the profession of taking care of people but don't really wanna do that...you'll get old one day and need similar care and KARMA never misses a beat! My family rests assured that my dad's soul is well and he's at peace. Guardian Rehab start caring about your patients because oftentimes they'll be families like mine left with no answers as to what happened to our loved ones. Everyone that sees this be well and God bless!

my mom was sent here from cedars sanai for rehab. they said they will work with her to walk, strengthen her legs and arms, etc. she never woke up but one time. she never got the physical therapy that i was told she was going to get. she was not given the care she needed. her hair was so matted that her hairdresser had to cut my mom's matted hair. she had a uti that started at cedars sanai and she had NO medicine for it. she had to be rushed back to the hospital due to the uti and sent back to here. whenever i was there, no one ever came to check on my mom. i had to look for a nurse every time. when i did find one, it was as if i bothered them. my mom never woke up again and was taken to cedars sanai, where she passed away. the only good review i can give is when i spoke to angelica in the office. she was very helpful with the medical insurance. it was a very stressful time for me and i knew nothing about my mom's health insurance. i would not recommend this place unless there's nowhere else to go. i would've liked to have had my mom brought home, but i wasn't given the choice. my experience with convalescence homes has never been positive. i feel it's the last place to go to pass away, especially when they never did physical therapy like i was told they would.
