Family experiences at the community vary notably. Some families report genuinely positive interactions, particularly praising recent management changes under Administrator Michelle Goode and highlighting staff attentiveness, daily activities, and personal recognition of residents. One family wrote: "Everyone knew her name." Others describe serious concerns—inconsistent care including delayed bathing and room cleaning, understaffing, and a perception that less-involved families experience declining attention to their loved ones. These accounts suggest inconsistency in daily operations and care quality across the facility.

This review is specifically for 2 employees. I want to recognize Terri Lyerla and Michelle Goode. They have gone above and beyond for our family. LaBella, PLEASE keep them on. Terri was with Cahokia/Caseyville, and may be ready to retire, but LaBella, listen up!...you should consider contacting her to stay on at least part-time. She was asked by her boss to stay on, working remotely from out-of-state after she retired and moved and she is still helping the former owner! That says a lot! Michelle always responds to all concerns and FAST. She has been so helpful in keeping Dad comfortable over the past year. I know she is doing her very best to improve this place and hire good workers who truly care. Unfortunately, in this industry, it is an uphill battle with turnover and the lack of good help overall. Keep up the good work!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place for no one. Under staffed, does not bathe patients nor change them in a timely manner. Management is horrible, no one wants to do their job and when accountability comes to play none of them wants the blame. Rooms are not clean if you are not an active family member in the patients meaning visiting often then your love one falls by the wayside, which is horrible. You have some active nurses and CNA but other than that place is trash. Dinner , lunch and breakfast menu is no better. Please research these homes, before putting your love one in them. These places are state funded and they’re only concerned is their check none of them seems to care about the patient in their finally days.

In May of 2024 my stepmother became a resident at Caseyville Nursing and Rehab. There has been changes in the 18 months that she has been there. The most positive change was when they brought Michelle Goode in as the Administrator. Michelle has only been there for 1 year and in this short time she made some much needed changes in some of the management staff. She brought in a new Director of Nursing - Kim Shepperd, a new Assistant Director of Nursing - Josh Rudd, and a new Activity Director - Nicole Rushing. Adding these new management staff members to the already established management TEAM has been a wonderful change. Some of the other things that Michelle has done or still does are: *she makes herself available at any time of the day or night to the residents and or family members *she started having morning worship for the residents and they LOVE it! *she has done a lot of reaching out to the community with different things. My 2 favorites are the Easter Egg Hunt and the Trunk or Treat *she celebrates the employees for their birthdays and any accomplishments that they have made *she started having my favorite Town Hall Meetings. This is where family members and residents come and meet some of the management TEAM to discuss anything that they might have questions about. As a family member that is at CNR a lot. This past year having Michelle in charge has been a wonderful change! To Michelle and all of the other management TEAM members thank you for all that you do! Each and everyone of you are greatly appreciated! ❤️

I was a resident here for a short time as part of my recovery from heart surgery. The staff was no short of amazing! They were all so welcoming and helpful! I loved how they engaged with the tesidents on a daily basis with fun activities ! My favorite part was he administator hosting worship services each morning! Thank you all for your kindness and support during my stay there! They made sure the residents looked nice and kept our hair done.

I was desperate to find somewhere for my grandma. I’m so grateful I found this place. The staff was beyond amazing. Everyone knew her name. They gave her so much attention and helped me with anything I could need. I couldn’t have found a better place for her to live. Thank you to everyone there for everything from beginning to end.
