This facility was pressed with state charges and fined for the care that they gave my

This is a REAL review since the new administration is clearly having all employees post about how great they are now. My mom was here unfortunately and I can tell you literal horror stories. I urge everyone to request a tour. Don’t Let them show you just one room in a quiet hallway, ask to walk around the entire facility. Step into all the bathrooms and check them out for rust and water in the floor. Walk all the way in despite what might be on the floor and the smell so you can see what loved one have to contend with. Everyone in the facilitty shares the same bathrooms. There are some that are even unisex. Why is that? Very dangerous….Ask to see the social workers office. The one who keeps track of all your loved ones paperwork. It will take her 15 minutes and looking through stacks of piles of paper to find a blank piece of paper to write your important notes down on

I’m asking you to do this so you can come back here and review them based on your walk through. . I think everyone in this community has the responsibility to protect the people who can’t that have to live there. I had to do it for my own mother. No one needs to be tricked into thinking their loved one is safe here.

The whole building is clean. The staff takes good care of the residents. But they didn’t answer their phone that’s why it is a 4 star. But overall very good place to put your family members in. Was a little upset that they didn’t answer my call.

The director of nursing has such a shiny personality, full of life, laughs and love. I could only wish all care homes had her knowledge and care for all of the residents.
