Phenomenal facility. Care is superb. Each resident is treated with individualized care and the staff really get to know each and every individual. Staff is always very timely and attentive. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility.

This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen. You have a family member entered on hospice and they don’t even get their own room! CNA’s are no where to be found. My family member was left a mess everyday and forgotten about. The nurses need their licenses taken away and the DON, administrators, and any other staff you can think of need a lesson on compassion and how to actually do their job. This place is disgusting and not only seeing how they shoved my family member in a corner and forgotten about then we witnessed abuse to a lot of other residents. Even had had to put a resident to bed myself because no one would answer his call light. So heartbreaking! This place needs to be shut down.

I love all the activities that are on social media. The residents and staff are a huge priority here. The team at Clifton provides great customer service.

It's been roughly 7 months now that we had to make that tough decision that mom needed more care than we could provide for her at home. Linda the administrator has always greeted us when she has seen our presence, addressed all of our concerns and issues; and let's not leave out the wonderful CNA'S who truly show their love and dedication to the residents, they take care of. While no facility is perfect; they truly try their best to make their residents feel like home. Thank you all.

This place is a joke. My Mother sleeps in soiled mattresses and her brand new clothes were stolen that I had delivered. And they found her in the floor having a seizure and said the dont know how long she was laying there and laughed.
