Well-run, excellent facility. Top notch nurses who care about their residents. Great physical therapy department. Caring staff who treat their residents with respect. It has given us a sense of relief that our loved one is in a warm, caring and capable home-like environment.

My mother completed a thirty day rehab stay as a result of a fractured vertebrae and was just sent home. This is a wonderful facility in so many ways, and the people who run it from the top to the bottom are gifted, professional, pleasant, and always welcoming. My family was in a real bind, and we needed to find a facility for my mother on short notice. Literally all doors were closed to us until we contacted Kutz. Our first call was to Lisa Wheeler at the Lodges next door. She found a bed for my mother in under fifteen minutes. Simply amazing. After that, Linda at Kutz expedited the admittance, and within a few short hours my mother was comfortably settled in. Special shout out to both of these wonderful ladies. It would be impossible to remember the names of all the incredible members of the staff who took care of my mother, but I'm grateful to each and every one of them. It starts at the front desk with an amazing gentleman who always greets you warmly, and just gets better from there. The most important part of an experience like this is the people, but even beyond the people everything is exceptional here. The facility itself is immaculate, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is prepared with care and it shows. Upon discharge Kelly handled every aspect of her departure and coordinated everything perfectly. This included ordering medical equipment for home use, recommendations for home transport, admin details, and a host of other ankle biters that would drive you crazy if you had to do them yourself- except thankfully we didn't. Kutz and all of the amazing people that make up this facility came in to our lives at a time when we needed them the most, and we will always be grateful.

My mother Savannah was a resident of this lovely facility. This is a a Jewish nursing’s home. They serve Kosher food here. If your loved ones likes eating their own food you must bring it or order it from outside. They have the most beautiful dining hall. They make sure that your loved ones feel special here. From the looks of the lovely dinning hall. Your loved ones are made to feel like a bit of royalty. The staff here is excellent besides the wonderful care given here. The programs that are available are lovely. Doing one visit a Big Band gave and excellent performance of the golden age of music. My sister and I shared a wonderful day with our mom. Listening to the band playing our father favorite songs, "The Girl from Ipanema" brought tears to our eyes. If it were not for the food according to my mom. I would have given this facility a 5 star rating. Mom likes eating what she wants..lol. I can't thank the staff enough for the excellent care given to her. Great place to trust your loved ones care. Mom has since passed on. They treated our family so well doing Sugar Bear final hours. They gave us fresh fruits, snack and drinks. They kept coming checking on mother and our family. I can’t thank the staff enough. Mrs Helen you and all of the staff gave my mother all the extra attention that she needed in our absence. She loved you all so much. Thank you all for having treated her like your family member.

Some of the stuff is nice but majority are not, you have to be sneaky with them to pop in and check on your grandparents because the way some nurses talk to them is awful! And why do they fall a lot only late at night? Especially in Lodge Lane, the management is awful oh, the last time I went there a worker got aggressively physical and there was written statements about it, but nothing is done. There was even a assault and there was no action tooken. Instead they blamed the assaulted for reporting it. One last thing Lodge Lane is not Assisted Living , it's a nursing home they do EVERYTHING the same as a nursing home.

Great service for geriatrics in need of care. Excellent support staff. Particularly in the food service area where the waitstaff and the chefs (especially the female) are top notch. Almost to the point of over qualified. Keep it up
