This so called skilled Facility is the worst place!! My Mom was left soiled for over 8 hours . Because of this, she developed sores. She was also over medicated. I had pictures and videos of my mom’s sores, however, the facility Director, Will, did not want to see any of them. I really appreciate the following employees: Freddie, Xavier, and Rocky. They went above and beyond providing my mom care, when they weren’t even assigned to her. I have a long list of wrong doing at this facility. Knolls west needs help .

My mother arrived a few days ago at night, and nurse COCO was courteous, introducing herself and ensuring my mother's comfort, cleanliness, and hygiene needs were met. Upon my arrival the next morning, staff member ROSIE demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, exceeding her duties to confirm follow-up appointments were in order. SAMANTHA consistently displayed a positive demeanor, attentively addressing concerns. Mary's assistance was invaluable, and the entire staff exhibited dedication and care in their roles, particularly in patient care, medicine administration, food service, and personal hygiene, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient well-being during both night and day shifts, and I have immense respect for the love and care provided to all patients ❤️.

My mom has been at this facility for several months. All the encounters I have had with staff has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone does their job with heart. I just want to say thank you to Knolls for caring for my mom and giving her outstanding care. Our family truly appreciates it!!!

Well I'll begin with I'm still here at this facility and I can truly say that I strongly advise anyone with a family member or themselves come here for you're post healing needs!!! The entire staff from the Administrator down to the nurse's and CNA's put you first above all else to ensure that you're stay is the cleanest and friendliest you can ask for!!! As for me , it's my home away from home... number one in my book!!!

My husband, Marty was a patient at Knolls West and his stay turned into long term care. I can’t even express how wonderful the facility is. The care from the CNA’s, nurses, housekeeping, dietitians, administrators and everyone in between is top notch. They became like family during my husband’s stay there. Not only did they show so much love but, they cared for him as if he were their own. I would tell my daughter all the time that he was so spoiled there and he truly was. Station 4 was his nurses station. They were my rock during some really hard times with my husband’s health. My husband passed away a few days ago. I will never forget how they got me through those last days. I will always be thankful and feel so blessed that my husband was able to spend the last year of his life with the beautiful staff at Knolls West. I will never be able to thank them enough for loving Marty and spoiling him the way they did. May God Bless them and watch over each and every one of them, always.
