Wonderful staff that communicates well and truly cares for each and every resident. The community is family oriented and staff is able to answer complex questions inside the healthcare arena. Highly recommend for assisted living.

We were met with many many issues beginning in the first 2 hours of our loved one being left in their care. We got a call to come sit with her because they were too short staffed to help her adjust. On another evening we were called to come in as 4 staff members sat at the desk ate food. played on their phones while I saw a man delivering pizza go into patient rooms and no one followed or asked where he was going. The care our loved one received was just at most minimal and the her suite was only cleaned once we complained about the mold in the toilet. Our stay was very short and we would not recommend Kingston Residence of Vermilion to no one.

I was involved in a very bad car accident, severely injured & not able to work. When I was trying to come back to work, even with 7 stitches in my leg, they had let me go because “they need someone to work the hours” which I understand, but the accident & injury was out of my control. Other than that, not an awful place to be.
