Do not take you loved ones here. Some of the staff are great, karmen is wonderful. No staff on weekends to care for people. Management is awful. The nursing director doesnt care and the administrator is never around and doesnt want to be bothered saw him twice and he refused to speak to me both occasions he rather give go up to the woman who finished up an interview and tell her that she should hire the girl she just interviewed because she was very attractive you could tell the employee was very uncomfortable and it was being said in front of family and patients! on the other occasion i was waiting in sitting area for 25 minutes for him to return from bathroom and when he did the woman who works the door told him I was waiting and he yelled at her in front of residents and told her he didnt have time for this Stuff but he didnt use the word stuff and stormed away this was also in front of patients. The care is not consistent. I was noticing some decline and my concerns just got down played by nursing director she was very distracted during the conversation and felt like what was being said was staged and said to everybody. The atmosphere is so tense as soon as you walk in. I ended up just taking my person home and then to another nursing home after I left and did research on other places. I wouldnt recommend this one as they fooled me to think it was truly the best and from the outside it looks like it would be but it is not at all. Don't get fooled like we did!
