Many times I would go in and find my grandma half off her bed falling no staff no where to be find ..I can't afford to move her working on getting a ranch house to have her live with me...this place was on news and paper for critical violations..I wouldn't recommend this place not even for someone on their last days run run run from this place and do your research..no one's ever at any desk stations halls are full of residents but never no staff

I just moved a family member into Amherst Manor assisted living and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very helpful answered all our questions. They made the transition very smooth. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for their loved ones.

I moved my mom here earlier this year . She has done amazing . She is on the Memory Care Unit and all of the staff have been wonderful. They always give me an update on her day and it’s much appreciated . They are all very attentive , kind and polite . All my moms aides and nurses are compassionate and caring . They were made for this line of work . I know she is in god hands with them ! Endia , the Administrator has been very helpful as well . She answers any questions and is very welcoming and inviting . Her attitude is very positive and has a bubbly personality . She is always seeking and introducing herself to family members . You can tell she truly cares and is compassionate about her job , her team and most importantly her residents . I feel good leaving the visit with my mom knowing she is in good hands .
