It is very outdated and in serious need of some safety maintenance. The floors are cracked and not level. The roof is covered in tarps and the flower boxes are literally rotting, the parking lot needs lots of repairs to fix the pot holes. There is no security at all and the food they serve is low quality and not healthy. Anyone can walk in thru the front door without questioning. The rent is reasonable for the small units. The apartments have really old carpet that is stained and the apartments need a fresh coat of paint. It's really dirty around the dining area. The custom curtains are yellowish and dirty including the small round window covering. It is very dusty and grimy. The floor is filthy and needs professional cleaning. Carpeting thru the facility is in poor condition and lifting and frayed. It smells heavy of cigarettes and there is not a 24 hour a day attendant at the desk per what is advertised. Bedbugs are an issue that tenants are responsible for correcting. The part time attendant and cafeteria staff play very very loud music that not everyone wants to hear. I do not recommend this place, but I guess you get what you pay for.
