After a very bad experience at another facility i was able to have my husband transferred to Autumn Aegis I absolutely love this place. It’s bright and clean. Everyone who works. There is so kind and so attentive to my husband such a relief after the horrible experience I had at Lake point.

THEY TOOK AWAY HER BED. This place is an absolute hell hole. They refused to let my grandmother have blankets on her bed. To the point I had to bike lock them to her bed. Their solution was to switch her bed. Took away her entire bed & put it in a spare room just to take away her blankets as punishment.
Upon moving out they decided to clean out their entire laundry room & put my grandmothers name on all of the items. 6 trash bags worth of other peoples dirty clothes/underwear. Each bag containing one item of my grandmothers.
This is the kind of place that you see on the news & needs shut down. Also it $7,000 a month so it’s not like it’s cheap.
The list of unnecessary meds they were giving her is insane. Oxy & narcan in case they overdose her when Tylenol would have been just fine. 🤯
They took her to the er for a paper cut. Luckily the hospital notified me.
I could go on & on about the mistreatment/neglect. Fortunately we were able to get her out of there & her health is drastically improving(within days).
If you have literally any other option go there instead. Avoid this place at all costs.
The other reviews are for sure fake.
They don’t actually offer the things in their brochure. Id compare it more to a puppy mill for people than any form of health care facility.

For all at Autumn Aegis, thank you for your wonderful considerate care of my mother. She spent the last three years in the 300 hall and it was easy to tell that the workers became attached to her and the other patients on the floor. The whole staff went out of there way to make sure mom was comfortable in her last years. I will miss all of you and the patients that were part of my moms life while she was a resident. Thanks again you are truly doing God's work!! Dan

My octogenarian Mother had terrible dementia. She was non-ambulatory, nonverbal and uncommunicative. Autumn Aegis gave her wonderful loving care. She was there for close to 6 months before her passing and I have no complaints whatsoever. The entire staff was excellent from the caregivers on the floor to the office personnel. They most definitely all work as a team . I know the apprehension involved in choosing a facility for a loved one and I would recommend Autumn Aegis for anyone.
