Whilst I knew in advance that per FHA that I would need a "doctor's note" from my VA doctor for my Service Dogs, the hostility that I received in just getting the proper form is totally unacceptable. I am a disabled and a Veteran with multiple disabilities including speech aphasia, the utter hostility, and extreme rudeness I experienced was unacceptable, totally unprofessional, and uncalled for.<br>I was doing my utmost to abide by "the rules" and not cause any strife or discord<br>Policy doesn't override Federal laws.<br>ADA and HUD/FHA are Federal Law.<br>March 2024<br>The former Kings Point Property manager, Helena, SHE, is beyond any redemption. After I move out, then and only than will I start a Federal civil law suit against HER.<br>2026<br>No improvement.

Thought we should share our experience with Vesta Employee Denny. We have told many of our family and friends and have been asked to share it with social media. We participated in an event at Kings Point and we had the displeasure of speaking with Denny over the telephone.<br><br>This is Denny: She accused us of stealing porcelain decorative home accents and tableware. Denny stated there were video recordings of such atrocities. This deplorable woman went on to say we had to bring everything back immediately the next day. I am elderly and my heart had dropped hearing this. I immediately started shaking, went into panic mode, and denied what never happened. I offered to pay for everything, and Denny said no money would be accepted. My children heard the conversation and stepped in to console me. My children as well denied taking the aforementioned items but wanted to see the video recordings being held as evidence by Denny. Denny said she would have them. We all knew this was a lie.<br><br>The next day we went to the Clubhouse and spoke with the Manager Matt, who apologized profusely for our treatment. I again started feeling lightheaded, started shaking, and lost my balance. Kings Point is my Paradise, and I refuse to give that feeling up. Matt confirmed my fears that I was not going to be allowed to participate in any further activities because of Denny’s accusations. Management reviewed the video recording but would not let us see it. Another Supervisor said that Denny admitted she was wrong and we did not steal the items she accused us of taking. We asked to meet with Denny, we thought it was appropriate that she at least give us an apology, but she was in a “notorious meeting”.<br><br>So, This is Denny, people like Denny are here to prove and remind us how low some people have fallen from our Earth. No, Denny should not be terminated, we all must eat, pay bills and wish others the best, but maybe if she were demoted, she could feel the humiliation she put me and my family through.<br><br>Blessings and Be Safe

We had our roof replaced. During work being done by roofers they screwed into our air conditioner on the roof destroying the unit. We notified the president right away she came to my condo which the ac repair man explained how the roofers destroyed the ac unit. She explained that they had a on going law suit and to email her all the documents to her and she would let the lawyer know everything as time went on no one reached out we went to first services they told us they were handling it our board was notified and we had a meeting again was told it was being taken care of turns out the roofers were never told everyone was lying they paid the roofers now I'm out $10,000.00 for a new air conditioner Vista management had a lawyer send me a letter saying that they will not help me and the roofers are not going to pay because they were not notified by any one about the damage. I waited over a month for someone to come out to inspect the damage and only if they were honest and told the roofers about my ac I would have had them inspect the damage at the time I don't know how a lawyer can do this to a person but looks like kings point doesn't look out for their home owners. Be aware of this problem I hope it doesn't happen to you.
