I was taken care of very well, by my Angels But, I was put out of the facility because I would not surrender my Social Security Check to them. They demanded that I pay $1,126.00 per month. I have Medicare and Medicaid, King David is paid every month. In 2025 of May, these people billed Aetna or CareSource $42,000.00…Insurance paid $9,772.00…In June they were billed the same amount, $42,000.00, Aetna did not honor the billing…and because King David thinks people are stupid, the insurance company denied the claim and revoked the original payment of $9,772.00. King David’s administrator, social worker, and billing department are a bunch of lowdown crooks! My insurance told me I am not to pay them anything, and because I did not surrender my check, they put me out! There is a Social Worker there, she does not have her NPI, she is not licensed. She is a designee! There is not a license for this woman! King David Post Acute Care Facility needs to be investigated by ALL, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE KING DAVID POST ACUTE CARE, IMMEDIATELY!

*****This review was before it changed to King David****<br><br>Menorah Park Rehab and Hospice is superb!! Our family has experience with many rehabs in the area, and Menorah Park is by far the most outstanding. What makes all the difference is the excellent staff. It is truly a team effort in action. We cannot say enough about the world-class care our mother received. They truly care about the patients and equally care about the family. I highly recommend Menorah Park and have been telling everyone I know.

The staff that answers the phones are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. The amount of cold transfers is ridiculous and nobody seems to know anything and couldn't be bothered to find out. I've worked in healthcare long enough to know this is not how to conduct business appropriately.

We would like to express our gratitude for everything King David did during my sister’s 5+ week journey to her end of life. We had the opportunity to interact with many areas at KD and our reaction is positive. This included many caring team members from admissions, activities, rehab, hospice, nursing/aides, maintenance, and clergy. Too many people in our community have unrealistic expectations when dealing with these types of facilities. This is not the Ritz and it’s not a hospital, but what we found is that if you keep an open mind, demonstrate patience, and advocate constructively with realistic requests; then things get done. The grass is not always greener elsewhere. We have no regrets, only warm feelings about our experience in a very trying time for our family. Thank you, KD.
