They don't answer the phone. After many calls if you ever get thru to a person, they aren't nice. Then it's a very Long wait list. Flooded with folks from the York county court system, many who don't want to be there. Good luck trying to get w visit with the court ordered convicts who are forced to attend. Great idea, horrible execution. Typical wellspan way.

There is only 1 competent person in thie entire practice. When you ask the staff to abide by disability accommodations you are treated less than and spoken down to. When it is noted to do or not to do something regarding patient care they disregard that and prioritize their staffs sensitivities over efficient patient care. I was advised that their staff are not trained on how to effectively communicate with autistic or disabled patients and if you speak to them directly and without softening filler words they threaten to discharge you. Ill be filing a grievance with the PA medical board and with wellspan customer service due to the mistreatment ive experienced because the staff at this program cannot abide by their own patient care notes and provide appropriate and effective patient care. In the past I was set up with a provider who prescribed a medication and when I told her I was having negative reactions I was gaslit and told to stay on the medication regardless of the incredible negative reaction I was having. That was the start of my issues with this practice. Only 1 competent person in the entire practice and he deserves the world. But literally Noone else employed by this practice possesses the capacity to read, or accommodate valid disability accommodations. And will mistreat you when you point this out to them.

If this is your first time virtual appt make sure to be an hour early to fill out forms. Otherwise you’ll miss your time slot and they will not see you. If your provider is Christina, find a new one - she is incredibly disrespectful.
