I recently helped my brother move to Yorkview Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. There are so many details to take care of when you go through this process. Absolutely everyone has been extremely kind and helpful to us. Admission staff worker, Benjamin Pease, has been outstanding and patient as he helps me to absorb all the new information and complete the many documents required by the facility. I am confident that my brother will be well taken care of by his caregivers, social worker, financial planner and all of the staff.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to !!! I had a very disappointing experience with this nursing home. The facility was dirty and unpleasant, the meals were often served cold, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I expected much better care and compassion for the residents. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a clean, respectful, and caring environment. Even the receptionist who answered the phone is very rude! Keep your loved ones far away from this dump!!!!!

I had broken my knee in two places and had it surgically repaired and was sent to YorkView to learn how to live with it while I was non weighing weight-bearing for a long time. Overall, the staff were patient and caring. But not the overnight shift, they always took hours to help anyone, and could sometimes be mean and nasty with patients. One night, I rang for pain relief and they took an hour to respond and almost four hours until I actually got the pain meds. They have a lot of things to do, so you don't get bored while you're recovering. They have a great services team and Ioved the Bingo day twice a week. The physical therapy department was incredible and my favorite one is Matt.
