The Residence at Brookside in Avon, CT recommended Kerian to me when I was suddenly called out of town for an emergency and my father had an important doctor's appointment that could not be cancelled. I spoke with the owners of Kerian and explained that my father had Alzheimers and that he might not be able to comprehend why I was not taking him to a new doctor's visit. He had just moved out of his home to The Residence at Brookside in Avon and the scenario was not ideal to be adding confusion to his day. Kerian handled the appointment and my father better than I could have imagined with an early arrival. communication, updates and even helping to facilitate a virtual phone call with the doctor so that I could manage the check in process and take part in the appointment despite being many miles away. When they returned my dad to his room, they phone me one more time to let me know he was doing well. Highly professional, compassionate and caring!!! I would highly recommend them and we look forward to working with them again.

A family member referred me to Kerian and I am so grateful they did! Val & Rob worked diligently to find someone to care for my grandmother and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I contacted Kerian to help my mom after surgery as I wasn't going to be in town. Right from the beginning they were very informative, responsive and put me right at ease that she would be well taken care of. The aide was at the hospital to pick her up on time and stayed with her at the house until she was comfortable and settled in. I recommend Kerian HHCA to ensure your loved ones are treated with patience and compassion. My mom had nothing but kind words to say about her aide.
