My family and I moved our sister here from out of state. What seemed like a daunting task was made easier by Stephanie, the admissions director. She dealt with our concerns and anxieties professionally and with understanding. I noticed immediately that the facility is clean and has a homey atmosphere. Housekeeping does a good job and with a caring attitude.<br>The caregivers knew my name before I knew theirs and have consistently answered all of my questions and concerns. My sister feels comfortable with them and has committed that she feels she is treated with respect and is not just another number. I have observed Holly, the activity director draw in the residents to the activities and meets them where they’re at. The activities are fun and diverse. I am so thankful for Clarissa the wellness director. She has taken the time to get to know my sister well and advises the caregivers on how to meet her needs best. Most importantly, my family and I all agree that our sister is happy and secure in this environment. We feel we made the best choice for her.
