Choosing an assisted living community for a parent is one of the hardest decisions you can make, but from the moment we moved my mother into Aspen Cove, our entire family felt an immediate sense of relief. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and genuinely feels like home rather than an institution. But what truly sets Aspen Cove apart is the incredible staff. Every nurse, caregiver, and administrator treats my mother with the utmost respect, patience, and dignity. They don’t just handle her daily needs; they take the time to sit, chat, and learn who she is as a person. The communication with families is excellent. I never have to wonder how she is doing, and the staff is always proactive about updating me on her health and well-being. She is eating well, enjoying the daily activities, and—most importantly—she feels safe and happy. As her son, nothing matters more to me than knowing she is well cared for when I can’t be there. Aspen Cove has given our family absolute peace of mind. If you are looking for a place that will truly love and care for your parent, this is it.

Aspen Cove is an amazing place! I don’t have any family there personally but I’m an outsider looking in. I recently did some plumbing work there because they were having issues with sediment and Jon wanted to have the very best water possible for his residents! We installed a filter and softener and got them the very best water you can have. Being there for most of the day, I spent a lot of time in and out, and all I can say is they have a home there! Everyone was so friendly and the residents were being treated like family, not patients. If you have a loved one that needs a little extra help Aspen Cove is the place to go! I’ve never seen a better assisted living facility and I’ve been to quite a few through my plumbing career

This is an unusual review, as our family had to make the difficult decision not to place our loved one at Aspen Cove for reasons outside of Aspen Cove’s responsibility. However, I still wanted to share that our experience in looking for a placement here was by far the most compassionate and supportive in our search. Jon is a very kind and thorough person and had thoughtful answers to every single one of our questions. Aspen Cove’s commitment to engaging and enriching their residents goes far beyond the scope of traditional elder care, and we wish we could have seen our loved one flourish there in this last chapter of their life. Jon and his staff show a genuine care about not just taking care of their residents, but in showing care for them as well. If compassionate care, thoughtful communication, and complete transparency are important to your family in your search for elder care, please consider Aspen Cove as the standard by which all others should be judged. Aspen Cove is such a wonderful place! The home is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are truly engaged and caring. You can tell they really know each resident as a person and take the time to make everyone feel comfortable, valued, and part of a family. Owners, Jon and Michelle, are amazing people who lead with so much heart. Their dedication to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment is evident in everything the team does. The team at Aspen Cove has built the most amazing and special place to call home. They truly care about their residents and who they are at their core, not about their ailments. The house is impeccably and thoughtfully designed and is so warm and welcoming. They curate activities that allow each resident to be involved and as active as they can be. They ensure fun stays a part of life and their care plan. I’m honored to know this incredible group of caregivers who have created the most beautiful place to call home!
