Our family had a wonderful experience with Nurses Next Door during one of the most difficult times of our lives while my dad was in hospice care. We relied on their services around the clock, 24/7, and they provided us with much-needed support, compassion, and peace of mind. Like any new care arrangement, we experienced a few bumps along the way in the beginning, but we were all learning and working together. What truly stood out was how responsive and dedicated Megan, the manager, was throughout the entire process. She addressed every concern we brought to her attention promptly and professionally. She was attentive, helpful, easy to reach, and always made us feel heard. Any challenges that arose were handled quickly, allowing us to focus on spending precious time with my dad. There were a few caregivers (Jensy, Sandra, and Robin)! that we had the pleasure of working with, that were wonderful—kind, compassionate, and caring. They treated my dad with dignity and provided comfort not only to him but to our entire family. Overall, Nurses Next Door made an incredibly challenging time much easier to navigate. We are grateful for the care, support, and professionalism they provided, and we would highly recommend them to any family in need of hospice support or in-home care services.
