We moved my mom to the Atria Cinco Ranch memory care, assisted living a year ago. It has been such a positive experience for both my mom and our family.

The facility is warm and inviting with a full schedule of activities. The staff to resident ratio is great for seeing to their needs and engaging them in all their activities. They do exercises, art, music, have concerts, have an onsite salon as well as home health and physical therapy. Gourmet meals are provided. A nurse visits weekly and the doctor monthly. They are well taken care of and are very inclusive and educational with the family. Our family also attends a monthly dementia support group led by a licensed social worker and held at Atria, which has been extremely helpful in understanding dementia.

I bring my two Shih Tzu’s to visit their Mimi weekly and although the residents may not remember my name, they love socializing with the dogs.

My mom is also very sensitive to noise and appreciate that the facility is carpeted. Other facilities that I toured had tile or laminate, which makes the acoustics very loud for someone who is sensitive to sound.

I can’t speak highly enough about Atria and the difference it has made for us.
