My mom was transferred from Beverly hospital just last night I visited at 12 pm. I have to say that this place is incredible! The staff are the kindest people that I have ever been fortunate enough to meet. I also have never seen such a beautiful atmosphere. The whole place is a giant atrium, it's absolutely beautiful. If I could, I would give 10 stars!!!!

The best decision our family has ever made was having dad live out his last days at Kaplan Family Hospice House. The entire team at Care Dimensions made it possible for our family to be together in a beautiful, loving facility with the most amazing nurses, one specifically is Karen McGrath. Karen and the rest of the nurses treated dad as if he was their own dad, with so much care and compassion. The ability for our entire family to be together at anytime of the day or night was exactly what our family needed. Every time one of us came to visit, we were always greeted with a smile. As difficult as it was to lose our dad, everyone at Kaplan (and Care Dimensions) helped us through the process- making sure dad did not suffer. Kaplan was such a blessing to our family❤️

I want to thank everyone at the Kaplan Hospice House. It was like a home away from home. My father passed away there. He had been in a hospital and then a rehab. The rehab was awful, so the thought of sending him somewhere else made us very nervous. The minute we stepped into Kaplan, we loved it. It is so comforting and peaceful. Every patient has a large, private room with a patio and restroom with a shower. There is a large pullout couch in the room and they also gave us mattresses so all of my family could sleep there. They have a full kitchen stocked with drinks, coffee, tea and a wide variety of baked goods prepared on sight. They have gardens, a library and chapel on the premises. The volunteers crochet blankets for every patient that the family can take home, along with therapy dogs, people that will sing in your room, reiki and more. Kaplan also provides grief counseling while you're there and continues after your loved one passes. We couldn't be happier with the care they provided to my father and the comfort they gave to us in this difficult time. Thank you!

My husband John died 1year ago. Hospice and Kaplan house were a gift . John was brought into Kaplan house by. Ambulance. In a very agitated condition, I was greeted and given tea and a beautiful place to wait while they helped John. Shortly I was taken into his beautiful room . John was not as upset and I was able to be with him . I can’t thank hospice and Kaplan house enough.
