Rick seems nice so far. Receptionist seems personable. Pam doesnt have a friendly demeamer but my tone of voice isnt welcoming on the phone most tomes either. Willing to work with her though and see if its just her tone and not her true personality. They are trying to take care of me. Trying to get me a permanent Caregiver but not yet. Temporary ones great so far. Supposed to find me a Service Dog along with my Consultant at Special Touch Nursing Services. We'll see if they come through for me with respect to permanent service and the service dog. May give 5 stars if they come through for me in both instances.
