Just Divine Homecare has been an excellent service for our family. Our CNA Veronica is always careful to look after my safety. She is a good and safe driver. She is friendly, encouraging, patient, kind, and timely, and always completes her tasks before leaving. We are very happy with this service.

When my Dad and I determined that we needed home care for my mother, we found this wonderful company! Our needs changed quickly from 4-hour shifts, twice a week to 24-hour, 7 days a week care. Ms. Priscilla Baah had anticipated that we were overwhelmed and had begun to form a plan for care. She understands that the family want to hold their loved one's hands during the tough times, and the caregivers do the work to give the family the freedom to be present for their loved ones. Our first caregiver came for the night shift, and my Dad got a good night's sleep for the first time in months. They are trained to handle the bathroom duties, bathing duties and just generally calming the patient. It is a genuine relief to have someone who knows what they are doing versus our amateurish attempts. My mother deserves better than what we could offer. We are very pleased with the level of care, and we are mindful where their duties and shifts end, and what we need to do.

I am pleased with the home care services provided by Just Divine Home Care, and the founder Priscilla Bach. She listened to my detailed needs in requesting part time help following a hospitalization and rehab period. Ms Baah did well in sending me a home care worker to best match my requests. I found the worker, Mrs. VF, to be a very pleasant individual, easy to communicate with and willing to assist in a variety of tasks. For that manner, she was apt to help in any way requested. She was quite helpful to me during my time of physical limitation. Might I add that the home worker bonded well with my dog, which was of great importance to me. Assisting me in walking my dog was a noted part of her duties. It was quite key that I should regain the necessary stability to continue in this task, as soon as possible. Thank you, Ms Baah, for providing just the right kind of home care services for me. No doubt, you will continually seek to do the same for all present and future clients.

Priscilla was wonderful to work with. She is very accommodating and so willing to work with our situation in order to provide the help we needed. Even though our time with Just Divine was short, due to circumstances on our end, we would definitely reach out to Just Divine when the time is right to continue services from them. Based on our experience, we would recommend this company to others needing in home assistance.
