Had a great experience here. All the staff are friendly and kind. I especially liked that they have a separate memory unit for those who need extra care.

I would think carefully before choosing Juniper Village at Williamstown for a loved one.<br><br>In my experience, there seemed to be a very established social community among the residents. I felt that residents who did not fit into that community, or who were considered difficult or unruly, were often viewed through a different lens. I personally witnessed this with my mother and another resident, both of whom were ultimately placed in memory care. In my opinion, neither belonged there. Since leaving Juniper Village, my mother has been evaluated by additional medical professionals and is currently living outside of memory care.<br><br>I was also concerned about medication management. During my mother's stay, I found one of her Eliquis pills on the floor of her room, indicating that it may not have been administered properly. I immediately reported it to the staff.<br><br>What made this even more concerning was that I later became aware of a Courier-Post article discussing medication-related issues and citations involving the facility. Given my own experience, that reporting raised additional concerns for me about the quality of care being provided.<br><br>Overall, our family's experience was disappointing. The decisions made regarding my mother's care had a significant impact on her quality of life, and I believe families should thoroughly investigate all options, ask questions, and seek independent medical opinions before accepting recommendations about memory care placement.<br><br>This review reflects my personal experience and concerns as a daughter advocating for her mother. I would think carefully before choosing Juniper Village at Williamstown for a loved one.

Juniper village provides a warm and welcoming environment-Brenda the concierge will brighten anyone’s day! The Leadership team(Melissa, Brittany, and Lesha) are all extremely attentive, and the care staff are professional and compassionate. Their entire team treats their residents with love and dignity. I highly recommend!

I toured Juniper Village at Williamstown for a loved one. We were torn between finding a community in NJ or FL where we also have family. While we did choose a community in Florida, Juniper at Williamstown was a wonderful option. I found the community to be full of great energy and our tour was exceptional. Megan was knowledgeable and kind. Should our circumstances change we will be back at Juniper Village at Williamstown in a second.
