The continuity of care at Deptford center is incredible. I would like to give a Shout out to Essence the Director of nursing and to the incredible rehab And nursingstaff. The hospitality, care and warmth that they provide is the is the reason why Deptford Center is the only place that I would trust my loved one. The Activity program is second to none. Thank you for all that you do!

New update: and my rating changed from 1 to 4….i did have an experience as mentioned, but the owner and regional nurse reached out with the quickest timing I ever seen, rectified the situation, made me feel secure and safe and I know my family member will be safe and secure becuase of the leadership the place has. Deptford center has a lot of potential and they are changing it is a beautiful place and after speaking with both, I am very happy and satisfied with Deptford center, they truly care and want the patient and visitors to have an A plus experience there. No place is perfect but to know you have a responsive admin team to get the work done is definitely a plus in my book!!! I thank you for you quick response and the dedication I heard through your voice as the owner is effective and soemthing anyone would love to be apart of!!! Once again thank you and this is my updated response to what happened and I am grateful and happy that I was able to be heard and action was taking accordingly……….this was the situation now handled the right way!!!…..Their staff is horrible the supervisor and front desk it’s the 3-11 shift that is the worse and you worry about your family member there because of how they treat visitors so not a place you want your loved one at all if I could give negative I would so no stars at all if the supervisor is this way then it makes you wonder is upper management as well to have this underneath you and to be your representation while the DON is not on premises this supervisor is not a good look for your community there so do not send you loved ones there if you do not want to deal with ignorance and disrespect and not professionalism at all and to talk about a family member’s family to other people is HIPPA so I will be reporting

These people are miracle workers. In my time here I have seen the lame stand up and walk, right before my eyes. I've been making steady progress and I believe it will be my turn soon. If you're reading this, please pray for me, that I may soon regain my ability to walk. Thank you. And I will post the date here when that day comes.

I want to thank Anna Romero for her amazing pep Talk her kindness, her caring heart There are a few dark days and she would pop in my room and everything would be better because of a kind words an open heart. I want to send Crystal the nurse manager for going to bat for me When things got tough. I want to say Tamika for going to bat for me When things didn’t go right. I want to thank Janet for her amazing Care she gave me I want to thank the Therapists first and fourth most Rachel and Ray, but the whole team is amazing up there I will walk back into The Deptford center when I’m all healed up and thank you guys again

This place really changed my perspective about nursing homes. The residents are happy and staff treats them like family. The ADON Essence is awesome and very helpful. You can count on the manger team for all your needs. Thank you for taking care of my loved one!
