I chose Juniper Village at PH for my mother because, to me, it had smaller, more intimate feel (less institutional). The staff is amazing! They are knowledgeable, caring, flexible, informative and available to help. They are a great team, and are all on the same page to provide necessary support and care for the residents, whom they all take the time to get to know. Star, Emily, Mercy, John, Shakira, Jesse, Sondra (and others) have all gone above and beyond for my mother and our family.
