If I could give Julia Temple zero stars, I would. Mohamed, the Director of Nursing, and Eddie, the Executive Director, allows his staff to sleep during the night shift, neglect and abuse the residence. Each time when it is brought to their attention, they sweep this issue under the rug. Nursing had zero clue my father was diabetic, I know, for a fact, it was in his chart as I requested a copy. Being a diabetic is a life-threatening disease, how can you not know your resident is diabetic is beyond me. Jessica, the floor nurse manager of Primrose, refused to go to my father’s care conference stating she was too busy. When in reality, she was sitting on her phone. I have witnessed Jessica and Himae, RN, being rude constantly to Zulette, in admissions by belittling them, gaslighting them, and simply refusing to do paperwork regarding nursing. Himae will roll her eyes, shake her head, and walk away in mid conversation. Zulette were absolutely fantastic. My family later met with Malissa, OT. All three of them were patient, kind, and understanding throughout this whole process. They answered every question my family had in great detail. Unfortunately, my cousin was brought to Julia Temple as well based on insurance. Julie, the floor manager of Columbine, treated my cousin wonderfully. Julie also treated her staff with dignity and respect.

Julia Temple grew to endear itself to me as I visited my husband each day for several hours. I enjoyed dining with him and other patients. The food was tenderly served and tasty. The therapists were professional, kind, and also creative. All levels of care were represented in the general open room, where the nurse’s center was located. It was my first time to witness dementia care and rehab within a secured environment. It was determined that my husband was not in need of long-term skilled nursing after he was evaluated by staff and therapists. I respect the staff and their devotion to serving the patients, regardless of the level of care needed.

My 93-year-old mother has been in 3 different memory facilities over the last 4 years, and the care she has received at Julia Temple is by far superior. The nursing and care staff are caring and competent and there has been minimal staff turnover. Thank you to everyone at JTHC for the great work you do!

Most of the personnel was awesome but the facility itself not so much, the food was awful. Nurses like Innocent and the cna's were just beautiful people! Thank you for your hard work!

My Brother seems to be well taken care of. Staff, showed compassion and concern. Also, taking my Brother and others outside for sunshine is fantastic. They need fresh air.😊
