This place is terrible! I broke my hip and needed a little rehab before going home well I would have been better off just going home. That place is by no means a rehab center! I was there a week and only got maybe 2 hours of rehab! Nobody looks at you checks on you or answers you when you ring the buzzer for the nurse. It felt like nobody cared if you got better or not. I just laid in bed pretty much the whole time I was there. Half the time I didn't get my medicine (which included insulin) and when you ask they just say the pharmacy didn't send it! I could go on and on about this place however if you or someone you know is in need of rehab DON'T GO THERE!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING,the smells are horrific! Literally was gagging under my mask. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I'm pretty sure they didn't clean the room the entire time he was there. But I will say there were a few nurses and aides that were really good and actually cared about their job. Hopefully somebody can fix this place because I feel so bad for the residents that can't speak up for themselves. They probably should be shut down. I want to give zero stars but it's making.me give 1

They ignore you, they don’t show up when you need them. I was there for one day and i felt down twice. one day after surgery . Food is not only bad but unhealthy. staff do not care about patients. Last place in the world I will go.

My husband was sent here for in patient rehabilitation. What a joke.He has been there over 2weeks and only seen a Doctor once.He has breathing problems due to COPD and pneumonia. They ignore you the patient. The toliet was broke and it took them 4 days to fix it.The rooms are very small no chairs to sit in.Four people have to share one bathroom. He has to ask for breathing treatments all the time they're not very good at monitoring his oxygen levels...It's a JOKE !!! Did I mention how terrible the food is for instance today Sunday he was fed for dinner a grill cheese ,peas,and jello. HE NOT GIVEN A CHOICE..

My 91 year old mom has lived in Kane Ross Township Community nursing home for one year now. She is mostly wheelchair bound. Her room is always clean; she always receives 3 meals per day and snacks; She's been taken to 3 pirates games and 2 restaurant outings in 1 year; there's plenty of activities daily; there's a library she utilizes; and the staff works hard taking good care of the patients. When she is ill, they take good care of her. The roommate is mostly bedridden and my Mom can hear the compassionate nurses who very gently help her prepare for each day . There are quarterly family meetings where we can address any issues and there are resident and staff meetings where residents have a voice as well. I sure hope this place stays this way but there are no guarantees. Just want to let people know that as of 2023-2024, I would recommend Kane Ross for yourself or loved ones in need of nursing home. All the people who work there right now are top notch and I am extremely grateful for them!
