Vincentian Home is a rehabilitation and long-term care community located in McCandless, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, off McKnight Road. The facility combines short-stay post-acute rehabilitation with long-term nursing care on a suburban campus spanning over 9 acres.

The community provides 24/7 nursing care for residents with cognitive, medical, or physical needs. Short-stay rehabilitation is available for individuals recovering from hospital stays, falls, or illness, while long-term care residents receive continuous nursing support with assistance for daily living tasks and safety support.

The community features flexible, adaptable spaces designed to support residents' physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Terrace Place apartments include 91 open-concept units with master bedroom suites, private bathrooms, spacious closets, dens, powder rooms, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private patios or balconies. Staff assist residents with daily activities while creating an engaging environment.
