My experience at this facility has been extremely disappointing. I honestly don’t understand how it has positive reviews paying people to write a review unbelievable Based on what I’ve seen, the building is dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall management appears to be disorganized. The administrator does not seem to have effective control of the facility, the housekeeping department is not being properly managed and nursing leadership does not appear to enforce consistent standards or accountability. The lack of professionalism among many of the staff is very concerning. The only positive aspect of my experience was the food, which was consistently good. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the cleanliness issues and the poor management. I hope the appropriate people take a serious look at how this facility is being run and make the changes needed to provide a cleaner, more professional, and better-managed environment.

I came to visit my grandpa at the facility, and I was amazed by how well he was doing. Just two weeks ago, he was in the hospital after suffering a stroke. Seeing him smiling, talking, and making such great progress meant the world to our family. The staff has clearly gone above and beyond in his care. I truly believe this facility has made a tremendous difference in his recovery. Thank you all for everything you do!

I can only speak to the wonderful administrator there, Mr. Jack Bresler. Patient, kind, helpful, caring. It’s no wonder the residents here seem so content and happy, and the staff look like a truly dedicated bunch. Bravo. Lucky is the company that owns this place.

I went to visit my grandmother here, and I unfortunately will be removing her. The staff is super rude, àn employee by the name of Wanda Hernandez was very disrespectful only because I asked a question and im not sure if she should be giving haircuts to the residents there but last time I checked she’s not licensed for that. This is super unprofessional and her attitude is beyond me, im shocked as to how long she lasted the place needs to remove her before she causes more issues than she already has.

This facility deserves half a star at most. While the outside of the building may look nice, the inside is filthy and poorly maintained. The CNAs were rude and unprofessional during my experience. Housekeeping and maintenance appear to be poorly managed, and the overall cleanliness of the facility is unacceptable. Several members of management seemed more interested in walking around than addressing the problems that residents and families experience. I was also concerned to see a staff member, Wanda Hernandez, giving haircuts to residents. If she is not properly licensed to provide those services, that is a serious issue that should be investigated. Most importantly, I have serious concerns about resident safety and accountability. Based on what I witnessed or was told, I believe there were significant problems involving a missing resident and how the situation was handled. These concerns deserve a thorough investigation by the appropriate authorities. I would not recommend placing a family member in this facility. In my opinion, the conditions, professionalism, and level of care fall well below what residents deserve. I hope the appropriate agencies investigate these concerns and require meaningful improvements.
