Very slow emergency room. Not really comforting at all.

This hospital is a joke. My dad was scheduled to have an eye surgery done. His appointment was at noon and he arrived an hour early at 11am because he likes to be prepared. They have him waiting for HOURS and finally took him back around 4/4:30pm. It is absolutely ridiculous to have someone wait for 5 hours. Why not reschedule if you are the backed up and can’t keep up with the own schedule they set up????

We entered the emergency room and waited for more than two hours, but no one called us. We left the emergency room without seeing any doctor.

Though I came here under sad circumstances, the team of nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing, loving, and kind to me throughout my whole visit for my D&C. Laura got my IV in on the first try and I've always had difficulty in the past with it. Lexi was extremely helpful in navigating my appointment on the phone. I am so thankful to the team.
