leaving has been extremely disappointing. I submitted my two-week notice on February 6th , yet I still have not received my final paycheck, and it is now almost the end of May. I have repeatedly reached out for updates and attempted to resolve the matter professionally, but the lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating. I ultimately had to escalate the situation to the Virginia Department of Labor in order to pursue payment that should have been handled months ago. Employees deserve to be treated with professionalism and paid properly for the work they completed.i would have given zero stars if i could
