My brother was with Jeff Davis home health for only a week! In a week he never was given a bath! I requested it several times! The nurse told me that she was the nurse & did not give baths! I worked in the medical field for years! Since when dose nurses not give baths? I also talked to the aid & she was overloaded with patients!

I am very pleased with the service I have received so far. The three representatives that I have encountered have been very helpful, courteous, polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

Don't ever choose this service!!!!! They are the rudest most uncaring people you might ever encounter. They dropped my mother from their nursing program because she wasn't having her medication changed whithin 60 days. Of course they did not bother to inform of us of this condition until they decided to drop her. My mother needs help dressing herself and taking a bath., and having her vitals taken. The people involved in this program are the most uncaring, horrible people you could ever know and they will do it all with a smile on their face.
