They talked to my grandma into saying and then when she changed her mind, they tried to change her insurance and now she has no insurance and they sent us a $12,000 bill. They told us that my grandma was not ready to come home for two months and now they’re sending her home Friday with no insurance no help no nothing. I was just told this on Wednesday, not to mention that the first two weeks that she was there they had a nurse rough my grandma up and when I said something her friend came and started mouthing off to me, threatening me. I had to call the cops because the lady tried to come and fight me in the hallway. They kicked me out that they also called and apologized to me for what happened. They talked to my grandma saying now that she doesn’t want to say they She’s ready to go when she’s not supposed to be ready to go for two more months so this is the worst place and most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen the lady who is the social worker told me yesterday that she would try to help me figure out what happened to my grandma’s Medicaid. Well what happened to my grandma’s Medicaid was the lady who is the social worker Tried to change my grandma’s insurance to long-term and messed up her whole Medicaid and now I’m fighting to get my grandma’s Medicaid back for home health when they kick her out Friday this is Is a fraction Of what we’ve dealt with! So I don’t recommend you send your family here If they don’t have property or money for the nursing home to take, they will kick your family member out, even though they’re not done with their rehab! My grandmother is 97 years old I wanted her to come home when the fight almost happened but I was told in front of the police that I’d be in trouble for elderly abuse if I took her so what’s the difference here ? I don’t care if you think people put anything on the internet! The truth is the truth! That’s all ! So no I wouldn’t send my family here they definitely will try to keep them for their money when they find out you have no property they definitely don’t want them anymore! And contact them again Lordy they should have tooken care of this when it happened! When I called the cops on the aid or talked with them days about it I couldn’t see my grandmother the rest of that day because their aid tried fighting me because she was rough to my 97 year old grandmother!
