My Aunt is here and we'll taken care of. The nurses and staff are all very helpful and friendly. The grounds well kept and facilities are clean and mostly odor free. My experience here is always pleasant. I know my Aunt is well cared for and feels a sense of peace and security.

I would give them a zero if I could. They’re shorthanded, the rude and obnoxious. Every time I went, my brother complained that he wasn’t getting his medicine and every time his nurse was outside smoking a cigarette I would not put anybody in here that I love my brother stayed 14 days. He lost 10 pounds and they stole all his clothes, he didn’t get a bath the whole time he was there or his hair washed or ever had anything to drink in his room I live 5 miles from there and I would go twice a day and it was the same thing every time. I moved my brother. He is in a great place called encore and Crowley Louisiana and I am so happy he is doing so well and he sits a bath twice to three times a week. He gets haircuts they call me if something happens or something goes wrong at any time day or night, I am very pleased with encore and all their employees and the people that run this awesome Nursing Home, I recommend encore and Crowley Louisiana if you love your family member don’t put them at Camelot. Please neglect ignored. I would go at feeding time. The workers would be on their phone trying to feed my brother. I told him I said just go home. I’ll feed my brother was horrible. Don’t forget don’t put anybody in there please . The looks on the outside are deceiving because the inside smells like piss and the bad thing was the man on the shared room was on hospice and my brother had a catheter. Explain that the floors were so sticky. You couldn’t walk on them your shoes just stuck like glue , I pray that no one put their loved one in there.

I understand that they are short handed. But , my parents ask for certain things they need as in medicine are maybe some toiletries. Ok the person are person’s that take care of whatever might need might be busy but not all the time. I understand they pay for things they need but they don’t get them.

I'm so happy to have my sister Flo LaFleur at Camalot Brookside in Jennings LA. They are so good and kind and respectful of her. She is so happy with everyone there. She brags about getting to help put things away when they need anything put on shelves r they take her for trips she says she is their favorite then giggles. The place is alway clean no oders nothing spilt on the floors patients always look clean and comfortable. And when i drop n for a quick visit i also feel the love they have for my sister and her family. I can go on and on but lets just finish with.
