Jackson Place

Jackson Place is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors age 62 and older located in South Philadelphia near Mifflin Square Park. The community offers 66 one-bedroom apartments designed with energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

The neighborhood features indie boutiques and charming cafes in historic storefronts within walking distance of the community. Jackson Place includes a medical screening room for visiting doctors and health care workers to serve residents' health needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome with proper notification to management. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas, though these rules do not apply to assistance animals.

The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout all premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement. HumanGood provides reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities to ensure equal opportunity to use and enjoy their apartments and common areas.
