Grand Regency of South Shore has excellent staff and customer service. The staff members are friendly. The new executive director, Janessa Drayton, is kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable about the organization. She is willing to assist her patients with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Grand Regency for your loved one's care. My aunt loves being there.
