If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a terrible experience with this agency. The management was highly misleading and handled situations with an unprofessional, rude attitude. Instead of addressing actual performance, they abruptly terminated my engagement over an email I sent basically calling out the fact that I was not getting good hours. I was fired because I told him what was going on in my life and why I needed more hours. They made me wait a whole weekend just to say I was fired when they could have just fired me on spot then. The owner Jackie does not give a damn about her workers she doesn't give a damn about the people she service either she only cares about money. Clients constantly complain to me about the inconsistency of the aids that come in and out their houses I told the company that as well but the only thing it did was get me fired. Their lack of communication and respect is deeply concerning. This company should not be caring for anyone's elderly loved one do not work with these people! I strongly advise others to look elsewhere."
