I was so impressed when I spoke with Terence Gbassagee and his follow up correspondence/availability. His compassion & support during a difficult time meant so much to me. Ivy Gables is definitely a place to consider when looking for a special place for your loved one.

If you're considering this facility for a loved one, think twice. Based on my experience, this place has been extremely disappointing. The director is rarely available when families come for tours, which gives the impression that leadership is absent when it matters most.<br><br>The second floor has had no hot water, and the facility appears to be chronically understaffed. On many days there are only three staff members, and sometimes there isn't even a nurse on duty—only a medication technician. That level of staffing raises serious concerns about the quality of care residents are receiving.<br><br>The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Families trust facilities like this to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable care, and I did not see that reflected here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I wouldn't even send my dog here for daycare.
