Owner Collette Riley is kind, compassionate, concise, transparent, and hires those who are the same and who are trained to provide medication in the Hospice Comfort Box. Hire Collette and her team when in need. Collette's responded to my out-of-the-blue, inbound call and four hours later provided 24x7 onsite caregivers who took direction from a daily+ Hospice Nurses, me and Collette. All of the caregivers worked in this crisis as a team to benefit their patient who was experiencing a sudden decline. Security had to be called when the illness overtook the medications but always, care and compassion were at the forefront of all interactions.

Sara was so wonderful in easing our minds and helping us navigate a new level of care for our mom. Our caregivers, Marie and Ghislene created great relationships with our mom. Thank you for helping us through this complicated time in our lives.

It has been quite a journey since my dad's fall almost a year ago, which unfortunately led to his decline. With God as my strength and the help of Good To Be Home, resuming daily life is possible! The aids are truly a blessing! Willing to help in any way, even if it requires just sitting with your loved one. The agency is quick to provide a replacement when an aid becomes ill or unable to work (for whatever circumstance), or if you need an extra day or extra hours for something else that came up unexpectedly. Sara has been a wonderful person of contact and always very professional, kind, and one who takes the worry out of all the things that a caretaker already has on his or her plate. The company is more than just a "company". It has become our new way of life. And I couldn't think of a more fitting name! Because it truly matters to have a loved one home (when you're able) and know that my dad feels absolutely 'Good To Be Home'

I needed care after an extensive surgery. I feel so lucky to have found “It’s good to be home”. Colette, the owner, is always responsive, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was assigned Christine, who is truly a beam of light. From the moment she walked through the door, she took full ownership of my care, and went above and beyond to support me physically and emotionally. She treated me like family. On the first day, while she helped me wash the hospital funk off my legs, she looked into my eyes and said: “Very soon, all of this will be in the rear-view mirror.” It was as if she could see my struggle with this setback in life and gave me hope that it was only temporary. She is also very experienced with many aspects of patient care, and on a few occasions, she was more helpful than the visiting nurses. She seems to move through life with such positivity, treating everyone she encounters with genuine compassion and respect. I am grateful for this organization, and Christine’s kindness and positivity toward life will always stay with me.

It's Good To Be Home Inc. is absolutely amazing! I am in the Braintree, MA area and caring for my mom as she recovers from a hip injury. I knew I would need an extra set of helping hands and a dear friend recommended Colette and her caring team of wonderful home health professionals. Literally from the moment Colette, herself, answered the phone and took the time to listen to my story, I knew I had found the right people to help me care for my mom. Her compassionate responses to my concerns and questions let me know she cared deeply for people and her wealth of knowledge about resources in the community was amazing. The caregiver we have been working with has been kind, compassionate, energetic, personable and an absolute ray of positive energy in our home in a time when that was needed. I feel like I could go on and on but I think it's plain to see I highly recommend It's Good To Be Home for you home health care needs.
