I truly do not see how this place has so many 5 stars. Just from the smell alone, it should get NO STARS. This place is HORRIBLE. My mom legitimately came out worse than she went in. She fell during therapy which the worst part is they never even did x-rays even after i asked TWICE because her foot was horribly bruised and she was unable to put any weight on it afterwards. There was bugs....mainly ants and roaches which is not a surprise considering how nasty it was. They would let her sit for hours in her own urine and feces. She went from the hospital being able to use a bedside potty to basically an infant 100% dependent on diapers because that was their solution so they did not have to clean up her soiled sheets when it would take them a hour after she called for help to use the restroom. She has had a few episodes since her stay here which resulted in going to a few other short term rehabs that were amazing but anytime they asked where she wants to go, I start off with Isle is absolutely NOT an option! She will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE....... EVER! this place seriously needs to be SHUTDOWN and how they are still open is honestly beyond me!

We were very lucky to find Isle for a long term care facility for my 73 year old sister. Kathy is well taken care of. All the staff working at Isle take pride in there jobs and treat each resident like family. They were an answer to our prayers.

“OUTPATIENT PT IS GREAT AS WELL” My father has been a long-term patient at Isle Health and Rehab Center for over a year and everything has been great. It feels like a big family. The in-house Physical and Occupational Therapy at Isle is the best I’ve been around and Emily Starks has put together a team of all-stars. Just recently my mother was in need of PT and the process to receive Outpatient PT was so smooth and easy. I am surprised that there are not more people taking advantage of the Outpatient PT that is offered at Isle HRC.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Care I can’t say enough good things about this Veteran Healthcare Center. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with respect, dignity, and genuine compassion. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every veteran feels heard and cared for. The medical team is knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to providing top-quality care. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed. The facility is clean, organized, and well-run, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. It means a lot to see a place that honors veterans not just in words, but in action. I’m grateful for the support, professionalism, and kindness shown every time I’m here. Highly recommended for any veteran looking for quality care.
