My mom and Dad moved in together long term, in August 2025. I have no words to describe how wonderful everyone is. All the CNA’s are absolutely wonderful and treat my parents with kindness and respect. Vanessa, the social worker is amazing and makes sure to maintain constant communication with me regarding any situation that may arise. Ludi, in the front lobby is always welcoming with a big smile on her face. The whole staff is amazing and I am so thankful for them. I highly recommend Inverness Rehab to anyone looking for a loving nursing home.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have my Mom in hospice at home and I needed few days for respite to be able to go to my daughter’s graduation . The hospice found me this facility to have her there over the weekend and I really thought that they will be compassionate and caring for a person in my Mom’s condition. I went to visit my Mom the next day at 2:30 and I found her in a dark room with curtains closed changed into a hospital gown and laying on a bed without a sheet on it, in excruciating pain and soiled, probably for what it looked like a long time. The food was on the table and no one bothered to feed her. I brought it to their attention and it seemed that they would not neglect her and make sure she’ll be comfortable for the time being. I went back later the same day to visit and she was in a wheelchair by the nurses station for more than 2 hours according to the staff. They didn’t bother feeding her or do what they supposed to do for someone in her condition. I had to take her home the same night and give her the proper attention that they lacked on doing so. I would definitely not recommend to anyone putting their loved ones in this place.

My grandma lives here. She fell and was sent to the hospital but the staff put me on hold for 30 minutes only to tell me they had NO IDEA what hospital she was at. This place is trash and the staff is incompetent. There is no reason they should lose a PERSON.<br><br>Update: This incident happened over 4 years ago. They just responded to me…4 years after the incident. My grandma has since passed in those 4 years it took for an acknowledgment. 4 years before you reply?? At that point don’t reply.
