I am in a different state trying to reach my loved one. My first call today the receptionist mumbled something in the background and hung up on me. I tried 3 times afterwards using a different number, no-one answered the phone. On all three times I let phone ring between 20 and 40 times ( not an exaggeration). It's unacceptable that my calls have been unanswered.

Major shoutout to Interlochen Health and Rehab!!! Nursing team and therapy department!!! My love one was there for short-term rehab! Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable! Very home like environment 🩷🩷
