We had a physical therapist named Dick Graham visit my mother's home, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. He spent most of the time sitting and typing on his laptop, doing very little to assist. Not only did he fail to provide any printed documents that my mother had to sign, but the information he included in his report was also inaccurate. He claimed there was insufficient space in the home and mentioned stairs that don't even exist outside the house. Additionally, there were several other false statements in his report. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for assistance.
